1. Acceptance

By placing an order on Greatest Barnum Ever, you accept these Terms in full. Contact: BusinessWorld.com@proton.me.

2. Products

We sell 3×3 m printed barnum tents in four configurations (fabric × frame), each shipped with one printed side wall and one carry bag. Specifications and images are indicative; minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are listed in your selected display currency for convenience and charged in USD at the live Stripe FX rate. Prices include DDP shipping to your declared address (duties and taxes included).

4. Payment

Full payment is required at order time via Stripe. Production starts only after payment is confirmed and you approve the digital artwork proof.

5. Customer artwork

You warrant that you own or have the right to use any logo or artwork submitted, and you indemnify us against any third-party intellectual property claim. We may refuse artwork that is illegal, offensive, or infringing.

6. Production and delivery

Indicative lead times: 7–12 working days production + 5–10 days air or 25–45 days sea. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

7. Returns and warranty

Custom-printed goods are non-returnable. We warrant stitching, frame welding, and print fastness for 12 months under normal use. Remedies are repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

8. Liability

Our maximum liability is capped at the price paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption, etc.).

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or governmental action.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by ICC Geneva Court, Switzerland. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to that jurisdiction.
